Refund & Returns Policy

At PickSVG, we sell digital SVG and other design files that are delivered electronically. Because digital files can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, our refund and return policy is different from that of physical products.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from PickSVG. If you experience a genuine problem with your order or the files you received, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Digital Products

All standard PickSVG products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

After a successful purchase, your files may be made available through your account or order page, and download information may also be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Because digital files can be downloaded and retained immediately, orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged once the digital files have been made available or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where PickSVG determines that a refund or another resolution is appropriate.

When We Can Help

Please contact us if you experience a genuine problem with your order, including situations where:

Your purchased files are missing or incomplete.
A download link is not working.
The ZIP file appears to be corrupted.
The files received are materially different from the product described on the product page.
You experience a technical problem accessing your purchase.
You believe you received the wrong product or files.
There is another genuine issue that prevents you from reasonably accessing or using your purchased files.

If the issue can be resolved by providing a replacement file, corrected download, or another reasonable solution, PickSVG may provide that solution instead of issuing a refund.

File Compatibility

Before purchasing, please make sure that the file formats included with the product are suitable for your intended software, cutting machine, printer, or other equipment.

PickSVG products may include formats such as SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF, and PDF, depending on the individual product listing.

Compatibility can vary depending on the specific software, cutting machine, printer, operating system, settings, and third-party applications being used. PickSVG cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or software program.

If you are unsure which format you need, contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Accidental Purchases

Please review your cart and product information before completing your purchase.

If you accidentally purchase a product, purchase the wrong design, or later decide that you no longer need the file, the order may not qualify for a refund once the digital files have been made available or downloaded.

However, you are welcome to contact us so we can review the situation.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital design more than once, please contact us with your order information.

We may review duplicate purchases and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.

Free Downloads

Free SVG files and other free resources do not qualify for monetary refunds because no purchase price was paid for the download.

If a free file appears to be damaged or unavailable, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Refund Requests

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or another resolution, please contact PickSVG as soon as possible.

Please include the following information:

Your order number
The email address used for the purchase
The product name
A description of the issue
Relevant screenshots or error messages, if applicable

Providing this information helps us investigate your request more quickly.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing times and policies.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other payment method.

Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve legitimate order issues.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
