No physical item is shipped for a standard digital download.

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, website content, branding, graphics, text, and other materials provided by PickSVG are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or downloading a digital file does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork to you.

Your permitted use of purchased designs is governed by the PickSVG License associated with the product.

Important

The purchase of a digital design gives you the applicable license to use that design; it does not mean that you acquire copyright ownership of the artwork.

7. License Terms

Reselling the original digital files

Claiming artwork as your own

8. Finished Physical Products

Where permitted by the applicable product license, you may use PickSVG designs to create finished physical products such as apparel, signs, decals, mugs, tumblers, gifts, and other craft items.

Your rights to sell or distribute finished products depend on the applicable license.

The digital file itself must remain protected and may not be redistributed as a standalone digital product where prohibited by the PickSVG License.

9. Commercial Use

Some PickSVG products may be offered with commercial-use permissions as described on the product page and/or License page.

Commercial-use permission does not mean that you own the underlying artwork.

Commercial use also does not permit redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the original digital files.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before using a design commercially.

Some designs available on PickSVG may reference names, brands, organizations, teams, characters, phrases, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.

PickSVG does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property merely because a design references them.

Purchasing a digital file from PickSVG does not grant you a license from any third-party trademark or copyright owner.
